What we collect
- Your account: the name, email address and profile picture of the Google account you sign in with.
- Your work in the app: the artists you save, folders, notes, statuses, search history used to avoid showing you the same artist twice, and your preferences.
- Outreach results: when you use the extension, which saved artists were messaged, whether the message failed and whether they replied, plus a daily count of automated messages for your plan's limit. The text of your Instagram conversations stays in your browser.
- Billing: your subscription status and plan. Payments are handled by PayPal; we do not receive your card details.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and server logs.
Artists' data
The Service processes publicly available information about musicians (artist name, public social-media handles, follower and listener counts, city where they are listened to) so that producers can find and contact them. We rely on legitimate interests for this. An artist who wants to be excluded can write to [contact email].
Why we use it
To provide the Service you subscribed to (contract), to bill you (contract and legal obligations), to keep the Service secure and working (legitimate interests), and to answer your requests.
Who processes it for us
Hosting and database providers, PayPal (payments) and Google (sign-in). They act on our instructions. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (for example invoices).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and complain to your data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD). Write to [contact email].
