Discovery · Outreach · CRM — one window

Find the artists who sound like you. Reach every one.

Name one reference. Artist Outreach crawls out from it to the emerging artists who actually sound like it, verifies their Instagram, sends the message you wrote from your own account — and keeps every reply in a CRM built for the job.

The job today

Three tabs, a spreadsheet and a lost inbox

Every producer doing outreach by hand is running the same four hours a day. This is that work, written down.

Scrolling related artists

You open one artist you sound like, click through "fans also like", and an hour later you have nine names and no idea which of them are the right size to answer you.

Checking handles one by one

Half of them have no Instagram in the bio, a quarter are dead accounts, and you only find out after pasting the name into the search box for the fortieth time.

Replies that go nowhere

Someone answers four days later, under eleven other messages. You never followed up, you can't remember what you sent, and the beat never got sent at all.

How it works

One reference in. A conversation out.

Four steps, all in the same window — nothing to export, nothing to paste anywhere.

1

Name an artist you sound like

Type one reference. That is the whole brief: the engine starts from that artist on Spotify and works outwards through everybody near them.

2

The engine crawls, and keeps only what fits

It walks out across similar artists, generation after generation, filtering as it goes: monthly listeners, Instagram following, audience country, genre match and — if you want it — a real audio similarity check against your reference.

3

Instagram is verified before you ever see a name

Each artist arrives with a confirmed handle and a follower count, or doesn't arrive. Save the ones you want into folders, export to CSV, and the ones you've already seen never come back.

4

Reach out from your own account, and track the answer

The Chrome extension sends your message from your own Instagram — as a DM, a reply to their latest post or a reply to their story — follows up on a schedule you set, and files every reply in the CRM with a stage, a note and a next step.

The product

Three tools that were never meant to be three tools

The Finder, the sender and the inbox share one account, one list of artists and one history. What you save in the first is what the second sends to and the third tracks.

The Finder

Discovery that stops at the right size of artist

Big enough to matter, small enough to answer you. The filters are the whole point: you are not looking for artists, you are looking for the thin band of them that will read a message from a stranger.

  • Monthly listeners and Instagram followers — two ranges that decide who is worth the message.
  • Audience country — target where their listeners actually are, not where they say they live.
  • Genre matching — loose (shares any keyword), strict (exact match) or off, if you want raw neighbours.
  • Sound matching — an audio similarity pass at 70%, 80% or 90% against your reference, for when the genre tag lies.
  • Discovery history — an artist you have already seen never shows up twice, across every search you run.

A name with no handle is not a lead

Every artist the engine keeps is checked against Instagram before it reaches your list: the account exists, it belongs to that artist, and this is how many people follow it. The ones that fail never take up a row.

  • Confirmed handle next to every name, ready to send to.
  • Live follower count, so the follower filter means something.
  • Pools and folders — group a search into a list you can come back to.
  • CSV export — it is your data, it leaves whenever you want.

Outreach

Your message, your account, sent the way a person sends it

A Chrome extension drives your own Instagram in your own browser. There is no API, no third-party sender and no account handing — which is exactly why it reads as you.

  • Three send paths — straight DM, a reply to their latest post, or a story reply, the one most likely to be answered. Pick any mix; each lead gets one at random.
  • Variables and spintax — one message that is never twice the same, with their name and numbers written in.
  • Follow-up sequences — a second and third touch after a silence you choose, capped per run.
  • Human pacing — typing speed, pauses between leads and a maximum per run, so a session looks like a session.
  • Never twice — anyone you already have a conversation with is skipped automatically.

The Inbox

A CRM that is actually your Instagram inbox

Every conversation you started is read back in, sorted and kept. Not a copy of your DMs — the same threads, with the things an inbox never gives you: a stage, a note, a reminder and a number at the end of it.

  • Stages and folders — who replied, who is negotiating, who went cold, grouped by campaign.
  • Next step — tomorrow, in three days, next week. Nothing waits on your memory.
  • Reply rate per opener — which message is working, in a number rather than a feeling.
  • Reply rate per send path — whether stories really beat DMs for your kind of artist.
  • When sends land — the hours your replies actually come from.

Nothing happens that you didn't set up

Your account, your browser

The extension runs in your Chrome, signed in as you. No password is ever given to anybody, and nothing is sent from a server somewhere else.

A cap you can feel

A daily allowance of automated sends, enforced server-side and reset at midnight in your own time zone. A run stops when it is spent, not when something breaks.

Your words, every time

No message is written for you and none is sent that you didn't type. Spintax varies the wording you wrote; it never invents a new one.

Pricing

Questions

The things people ask before signing up

No, and there is nowhere to type one. The extension works inside your own Chrome, in the session you are already signed into. Nothing about your Instagram login leaves your machine.

From public data: Spotify's own map of similar artists, walked outwards from the reference you name, and public Instagram profiles for the handle and follower count. The audio similarity pass compares their tracks against your reference.

Fifty newly discovered artists a day, twenty of them saved, and fifteen automated messages — once, not per day. That is enough to run the whole thing end to end on your own leads and see whether anybody answers. A plan sends that many every day, which is the only real difference.

Any time, from the billing page, in two clicks. There is no minimum term: the subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for and then stops. The 7-day trial charges nothing until it is over.

Discovery, saved lists and the CRM run in the browser with nothing installed. Sending needs the Chrome extension, which you download from inside the app once — that is the part that has to live next to your Instagram tab.

It is built to send like a person and not a script: a pause between leads, a typing speed, a ceiling per run and a daily allowance that stops the run when it is spent. It is still your account sending real messages, so the sensible volumes are the ones the plans are built around — and the limits are there to be kept, not worked around.

Producers and small labels who sell or place beats and whose next placement is a conversation they have not started yet. If you already know exactly who you want to reach, the Finder is the part you will use least and the sender the part you will live in.
