Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Artist Outreach (the "Service"), provided by [Company name], [registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you accept them.

1. The Service

Artist Outreach helps music producers find emerging artists, save them into lists, and contact them on Instagram through the Artist Outreach browser extension. Discovery relies on publicly available information from third-party platforms such as Spotify and Instagram. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify, Instagram or Meta.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and through the extension connected to it. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live.

3. Plans and prices

• Free — no payment. Up to 50 artists shown per search, a limited saved list, no audience-country targeting, and 15 automated direct messages once, for the life of the account.
• Artist Finder — $7 per month, or $67.20 per year (20% off). Unlimited discovery and up to 15 automated direct messages per day.
• Artist Finder + siluet — $25 per month, or $240 per year (20% off). No daily limit on automated messages.

"Automated messages" are messages the extension sends for you during a run: first messages and follow-ups. The daily allowance resets at midnight in your local time. The free account's 15 are a one-off: they are not refilled by waiting. Prices are shown at checkout, including any taxes that apply to you. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. PayPal records a funding source when you approve the subscription and charges nothing until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

4. Commitment, renewal and cancellation

• There is no minimum term. Monthly plans are billed every month and can be cancelled at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the month already paid for and then ends.
• Yearly plans are paid up front for 12 months. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel from Plan & billing in the app.
• Upgrading takes effect immediately; PayPal charges the difference for the current period.
• If a payment fails we will retry it; if it keeps failing, access is suspended until the balance is paid.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because the Service is digital and starts immediately, by subscribing you ask us to start providing it straight away and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the Service has been fully provided, or reduced in proportion to what has been provided, as the law allows. 6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the messages you send and for complying with the terms of the platforms you use, including Instagram's. You must not use the Service to send spam, harassment, misleading or unlawful content, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted. Automating actions on Instagram can lead Instagram to limit or suspend your Instagram account; you accept that risk. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party platforms that can change or restrict access at any time. We do our best to keep the Service working but do not guarantee that any particular feature, data source or result will remain available.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we will tell you about material changes in advance. You can stop using the Service at any time, subject to section 4. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
